My favourite day this month is Cheese Lover’s Day and it’s today! How to celebrate is easy: go and get your favourite cheese and eat it in your favourite way, whether that’s on a good old Scottish oatcake or on toast or in a delicious meal. Better still, organize a whole event around it and invite friends round for a cheese n wine or cheese tasting. ff
