Big and small, plastic and metal, ones with hols, ones with shanks. Buttons are everywhere and come in all shapes, sizes and colours.

Button Day was founded in 1938 as a celebration for all those who enjoy collecting and crafting with buttons (I am one of them, I love buttons).

To celebrate, start your collection. Snip them off old clothes and start a button box (or jar in my case). Reuse them in new projects.
