World Meditation Day

Meditation is great. You don’t need a lot of money to do it or follow a particular religion, and you can do it anywhere at any time. Meditation is great for stress, for sleep problems and for general overall health. I cannot stress enough how beneficial meditation is, so please give it a try. There are loads of free guided meditations available online or, even better, why not go to a class? You’ll not regret it.
